Mustard Fish Fry
This dish is a quick and easy recipe which needs few minutes to prepare. Usually this is prepared using Rohu Fish ( a fresh water fish ). But Tilapia or any carp is equally tasty and delicious.

Instructions

Add 1/2 cup to mustard seeds, poppy seeds,cumin seeds and dry chilly . Keep it for 20 minutes

Add garlic cloves to the mustard, poppy, cumin seeds and dry chilly. Make a fine paste adding little water each time. Add salt,coriander powder, turmeric powder and chilli powder.

Add the fish pieces to the paste. Add 1tbsp oil and mix. Coat the fish properly.

In a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil . Add fish and fry in medium flame for 2 minutes . Do not over crowd the pan. Do not reduce the flame and do not flip.

Flip and cook for another 2 minutes till golden brown color. Take the pieces out. Add more oil and prepare the next batch.

Enjoy with plain rice and dal.
