Chicken pizza

Every  meal would be better if it were pizza.  Why wait? Let’s make this easy and delicious pizza and enjoy.

  • 1. Keep the ingredients ready for the dough.
  • 2. Take 3/4 cup warm water (100-110 f),1tbsp sugar and 1 Tbsp of dry yeast and mix. Let it stand for a 5-7minutes.
  • 3. Yeast mixture is ready to be used when frothy . If it is not frothy please discard and prepare another mixture.
  • 4. In a flat surface or pan add 2 cups of flour, 3/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp olive oil and yeast mixture. Knead it till smooth for about 7 minutes.
  • 5. In a deep bowl, brush little olive oil and place the dough. Brush little oil on the top and cover in a plastic wrap. The wrap must be touching the dough. place it in a warm place for about 1 to 1 and 1/2 hours. I prefer putting in oven with lights on.
  • 6. The dough is double in size after 1 and 1/2 hours. Punch it twice so that the air come out. Don’t skip this step .
  • 7. Drizzle 1tbsp oil and knead again for 1 minute. Roll the dough out in the cookie sheet. Cover it with a towel and keep for another 30minutes.
  • 8. Spread on the Pizza sauce, chicken and veggies. Meanwhile preheat the oven at 415degree Fahrenheit.
  • 9. Bake at 415˚F for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is crisp and toppings are cooked. For little browsing on the top, keep it in broiler for 30 seconds. Enjoy the masterpiece. Your family will be so impressed and it’s really easy.
